Over the past 20 years, Abel has worked for different types of organisations: SMEs, MNCs as well as for the academia (University of Oxford). Throughout his career, he has been involved in multiple innovation projects and understands the common obstacles and factors of failure that both CEOs and employees encounter when they are determined to innovate.
